1. Making a Purchase
- All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
- All prices reflected are exclusive of delivery charges.
- All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Please place your order to baby thingamabobs via email babythingamabobs@gmail.com or through the 'Order Now' tab.
- It is important that you ensure the product code and quantities of your intended purchase are accurate as no changes or cancellations will be allowed after order confirmation. We will not bear the responsibility for any incorrect item(s) purchased if item(s) are incorrectly indicated in your order placement email.
- Please note that all product images are displayed for illustration only and the colour may differ slightly from the actual products.
- All items are ready stock, however limited in quantity. We operate in 'First Payment Received, First Served' basis. Should your intended purchase item(s) turn out to be out of stock after payment was made, we will refund you the amount in full.
- Availability and total cost (product(s) and applicable delivery charges) will be informed to you in a reply/order confirmation.
- baby thingamabobs must receive the whole payment for the price of the goods that you have ordered before your order can be accepted. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
2. Making a Payment
- You can make payment via ATM transfer or Internet Banking.

- For International customers, we do accept payment via Credit Cards or PayPal. For this option, a payment request will be sent to your email together with the email confirmation of your order. You do not require a paypal account to proceed with payment.
- Please make the payment within 2 days upon receiving our email confirmation of your order. Otherwise your order will be voided and you will have to place a new order again.
- Once payment is made, kindly email us your payment details so that we can track your payment and expedite the delivery of your order.
- For payment made through Internet Banking, please indicate your nick, date of transfer and transaction reference.
- For payment made through ATM transfer, please state the transaction reference, date and time of transfer
- For payment made with Credit Cards or PayPal, please provide us with the transaction reference.
- Once payment has been received, baby thingamabobs will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Any terms sought to be imposed by you in your order will be subject to our discretion and not form part of the contract.
- No refund / cancellation upon payment is made.
- Full refund will be given should your item(s) ordered be out of stock.
3. Delivery Method
- For local postage service, a flat fee of S$2 is applicable via Singpost Non-Standard Mail. baby thingamabobs shall not in any case be liable for any loss of package, for orders sent by Singpost Non-Standard Mail. For tracking option, courier service is highly recommended.
- For local courier service, within Singapore island, a delivery charge of S$8.00 is applicable. For orders above S$250.00, as well as orders opting for self collection, this surcharge will be waived.
- For international shipping to locations outside Singapore, shipping charges will be dependent on the country to ship to. Kindly drop an email to babythingamabobs@gmail.com for international shipment charges.
- Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days from payment received date. We will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time of your order(s).
- Kindly ensure the mailing address information provided is accurate. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect mailing address provided will be borne by the buyers.
4. Handling Information
- This site collects personal information when you make a purchase and when you subscribe to our mailing list.
- If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable informations from you through email. You must provide contact information, such as name, email address, contact no. and shipping address. We will use this information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. In the unlikely case that we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
- If you sign up for our mailing list, we will send you updates, promotions and news of baby thingamabobs. This service will terminate when you opt to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe via email to babythingamabobs@gmail.com or by selecting unsubscribe through the mailing list widget.
- We do not share, trade or rent your personal information with any third parties except to fulfill your requests, which we have your permission.
